This property needs new bedding set, need to provide enough towels, and toiletries. It is very old and needs lot of improvement.

Steep stairs were a bit much; however, staff, without hesitation, assisted with luggage. Breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee and single pastry next door. Staff very helpful with tourist information. Twin-bedded room crowded.

Excellent location!!!! Walk to all atractions. Hotel is centrally located

The hotel was very nice. The staff was VERY helpful and if you had any questions or needed anything they were there immediately to help you! The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was spacious and very updated and nice. The room itself was a little small and narrow, but, it worked for us. We didn't spend too much time at the hotel, so it wasn't a big issue. One concern, however, was that it was a little noisy. Since the hotel is located right next to the Panethon, there is a lot of noise from all the people outside. Our room literally looked out to the main street. I will say that it did quiet down by the time we wanted to go to bed, but even with all the windows/shutters closed, it was still pretty noisy. Also, at like, 7am every morning there was a lot of loud noise, what sounded like a lot of glass bottles smashing... I don't know what it was but it was a very jarring way to wake up! This might not be the case for everyone depending on where your room is located, but, it was loud! Other than that, we really liked the hotel. They even had elevators! One other smaller issue was our driver from the hotel to the airport. He was TERRIFYING. He drove so crazy, he cut off EVERYONE, during the pouring rain, tailgated every car, and even CUT OFF A TRUCK! I honestly didn't know if we'd make it to the airport in one piece... It was 60 euro to the airport for the both of us, which, is maybe slightly more then using a cab, but unless you have a different driver, DON'T DO IT!

The breakfast was okay would have enjoyed more breakfast foods like cereals and pancakes. The lady working in breakfast room very friendly. Room was clean and very quiet at night.
