The room was very clean and staff came everyday to give new towels. The shower head in the room we stayed in (1 queen bed) was not working properly and sprayed in all different directions. Aside from that location is great customer service was great and the room had an amazing view.

A hotel very nearby Roma Termini. It’s placed in a Roma authentiek building with some other hotels. And absolutely oké. The rooms have all things what you should to have: it can be, that some thing should be older but the hotel do them best by request. The bathroom is modern. I had a small issue with the room. But the hotel and very speciale the personale did them very best to solve the situation. Thanks for them. I give a middle advice cause only my experience. They do really them all best. And if everything will be fine by check in they deserve a very higher rank.

Tricky to get in initially as nobody on reception! However once in all good - my only complaint was the shower is tiny, the shower head is huge so no escaping the water which is either freezing or like moulted lava and no pressure! Toilet seat was hanging off! But comfortable bed and clean and great location! Great value for the price

A great place to stay - especially if you’re going in and out of termini. Only issues we had were the power going out one night (due to a storm, not the hotels fault), and then another day the bathroom light wouldn’t work but we got back past when the front desk was there, so we just made it work! Beds are a little hard but that’s personal preference.

The hotel and room are clean. The bedding and pillows are comfortable. However, the internet is only working on certain parts of the room. It is highly dependent on where you situate yourself, not stable connection. For the price and location, it is a decent stay for a couple of nights.
