This is an ok place to stay, I would say it’s a bit below average. It needs updating, I tried using the coffee maker inside the room and it was full of mold. The check in process was not good in my experience . Check in is only open till 3pm after that someone will meet you at the location to let you in and unfortunately we had to wait for someone to come open the door for us, poor communication, and once inside we were shown to our room very rushed. The location was very very good, it was very central and walking distance to all major attractions.

Located less that one block to the Trevi Fountain and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Bed was comfortable. It was a good place to crash x 1 night but Room was small. There was a complimentary coffee station & carbonated waters in the room. Staff was helpful & they set up a shuttle from airport for us prior using the WhatApp application and they helped us get a taxi the day we left. Building was safe and quiet.

Literally just needed a hotel for the night on my way out of Rome. I am so happy I found this. The room was great! Nice and big with cool jacuzzi tub, great bathroom and AC. Only thing is front desk only open till 3pm but communication was great and I had no problem. Also great location by Trevi fountain. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Challenging to locate the place as no signs on the outside of the building. The Persia has only a few rooms available within a building so we were directed to call the number and the host appeared after a few minutes and ushered us into an elevator in the building to an office and then ushered to a room in the building the wifi was weak and it was challenging to confirm our airport reservations bookings There was no one to talk to about restaurant choices or anything as the host left

Only thing great is the location

We expected a hotel, we got a room that was difficult to get to in an unmarked building. We entered a lobby with no signage and somebody in the area told me the hotel was on the 3rd floor. The lift took us to a tired plain corridor where we found the 'hotel entrance' round a corner. The man on reception was very friendly and our room was ready early but then it went downhill again. We had to go back down to the first floor, along another corridor to another internal lobby (next to a legal office), and from that lobby up stairs to our room. No lift to get cases up that bit. The door to our room was a flimsy sliding door that was tricky to lock and unlock, but needed to be key locked even when inside or it could be opened by anybody. So one key there, one for the internal lobby and one for the main building. A lot of hassle. Our bedroom was clean but basic. No tea/coffee facilities, TV barely worked, but we did get Wi-Fi. The bathroom was very shabby, missing tiles, sink coming away from the wall and some exposed electrical item (light??) The location was the saving grace being literally a minutes walk away from Trevi fountain and walkable to many other city centre attractions. I have no problem with basic facilities but these made us glad we only had 2 nights to stay there. Did not live up to the reviews or pictures of nicer rooms

Perfect for central Rome

This is not a hotel. It’s a bnb if you get breakfast, we didn’t. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room however we were next to the cleaners kitchen and the staff were quite happy for us to use the kettle. The room was tired, and the bathroom was v poor. The shower leaked everywhere and when we reported it to the cleaner he shrugged and said the owners wouldn’t fix it so we used towels to block up the leaks, the toilet seat was also broken. In my opinion this is a great place to stay if you are sightseeing and aren’t bothered about where you stay. If you want a bit of comfort you need to look elsewhere. It is also not cheap. You pay for the location. We liked it but wouldn’t stay there again. The staff are excellent though. So helpful and friendly. This is not a critique of them.
