Wonderful staff, but, the room was small and the overall condition was, at best, "fair." Great area, but, needs a lot of updating. I booked online, but, was still disappointed in the hotel.

Amazing Rome suite
We had a wonderful stay at Gens. Sara who welcomed us in on arrival had the room ready in no time and was an amazing host, anything we needed information about, she already had and her recommendations were excellent.The location is perfect and gets to to all Rome attractions in no time.
