Everything when ok, the only disappointment is the location, hotel is too far from main city attractions.

Awesome Hotel. Near public transportation. Staff are extremely professional and courteous.

The hotel was a little further from the train station than I gathered from the map on the internet, but only $12 cab ride away. The clerk at the desk went above and beyond to get us settled and print our boarding passes for our flight the next day. Had we wanted we would have been convenient to many of the better sights in Rome.

Hotel, though very comfortable is located in a low income residential area and is at least a 10 Euro ride away to the main center. In Rome I would rather stay closer in Via Dei Fori Imperiali or Via Nazionale area.

Great value for a 4 star in Rome, but location is not as convenient as originally thought

The hotel is only 5 years old and had very nice modern furnishings. The staff was very helpful and friendly and most all spoke english so it was easy for my husband and I to communicate. The room could have been furnished with more storage space and counter top space. The most negative aspect of the hotel was the location. It was not a great location and even though there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel we opted for cabs. Most of our savings on the room rate was spent on cabs so next time we will select a location closer to the center of the city.

Hotel is very nice, located outside of the center so we had to take taxi every day. Staff was excellent and helpful (especially Fernando at the front desk). Room was clean and air conditioning was working great. Very quiet and good to rest after long day. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Our arrival we were greeted pleasantly, however my bed was as hard as a rock. Also, whenever i asked questions, I was given an answer of where to go, though I was hurt and didn't want to go anywhere else but to my room. The hotel is nice, though the location is not in the best area.

We have chosen to stay in this hotel during a short Rome vocation. Hotel was newly renovated with spacious rooms, at least for us. It is not located in the best place but you can get anywhere you want using buses or stay slim and walk. You really get a good deal if you can sacrifice for the location. The negative part, just as anywhere you go and try to save money, was that hotel tried to charge us for the breakfast that was included in the reservation price and minibar that we have never used. But in the end it all worked out and we didn't have to pay any extras.

The location is horrible!!! You are a long walk from a subway or train station (we tried both). There are no restaurants or gelato stands anywhere! You are in the sketchy bar district of a downtown campus basically. The one strip with bars had 20 men standing in a circle passing out narcotics and smoking pot on the sidewalk. The room was fantastic! Very comfortable bed, one solid bed not the usual 2 beds pushed together, spa bath with jetted tub, very modern and beautiful. However, THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING! They only run it 3-4 months out of the year to save money. It was 83 degrees while we were there at the beginning of October. We were told to keep the window open, but there were no screens and tons of lights and noise outside. (you're right in the bar district of a sketchy area). We had mosquito bites and couldn't sleep the entire time.

Very friendly check in staff, nice hotel, pillows were a little flat

Realy nice rooom with spa bath. Very pleasant reception staff. By tram and bus easy to reach from Termini and located around the very trendy Pigneto district full of hip bars and cheap restaurants. I ll always return to the Pigneto district for its atmosfere and The Roma aeterna is the best hotel of the district.

overall it is good, but it is a little bit noisy since it is near the railway.

If you need a nice Hotel with a good breakfast, you got the perfect choice with this hotel. Its also very quiet. Only thing is the location, as its better to take a bus or cab to get to the center and come back. I would definitely come back to this hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean and stylish.

Was a really good hotel, new modern, and great amenities. Only down side was it was in a poor location, and that can add up on taxis. If your a couple, or a family, you probably won't be able to walk around at night. For the price, you can't complain. So the compromise is really location.

very good and new hotel in Rome, good price at a not too bad location

Hotel is new. Staff are great - will help with any questions. The rooms are small by U.S. standards, but typical of European standards. They were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was not located within walking distance of any of the major sightseeing places in Rome. It was further from the train station than we thought. We did not eat at the restaurant - but it looked pleasant.

We booked this hotel with beadkfast to make sightseeing easier. Even though the hotel was located out of the center of Rome, bus transportation covered all over Rome. We caught the bus from in front of the hotel to go everywhere. Free Wi-Fi was available and it also helped us a lot. The hotel was very clean and mordern, staff were very freindly. They let us check in early and gave us a bag breakfast on check-out day since we had to leave very early. We will use this hotel again if we go back to Rome!

Very bad location, not feel safe in neighbourhood. Not walkable to the main attractions in Rome. Are begiining of the trip was spent near Spanish Steps and could walk everywhere, including Vatican City. We stayed in very old hotels that were much better shape than this brand new one. New ammenities but very poor quality, loose faucet, exposed wire on hair dryer, construction overhead.

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent staff. The hotel is modern, clean, and attractive. It is an excellent value for the money. I would absolutely stay here again. It is 2 miles from the Colisseum and 4 from the Vatican, and we walked. It was quite easy and enjoyable.
