Nous sommes arrivés tôt (10h00) et la chambre était déjà prête! :) un grand merci. Acceuil parfait. Les réceptionnistes ont été gentils du début à la fin. Les déjeuners sont vraiments parfaits et le personnel, encore une fois, TRÈS gentil. 2 trucs négatifs. Mon garçon à trouvé un faux ongles qui trainait par terre..!?!? Bof et il y avait 2 airs climatisés dans la chambre. 1 n'a jamais fonctionné (j'en ai parlé 3 fois à la réception) sans résultat. Et le 2ème fonctionnait à plein régime mais il n'arrivait pas à refroidir la pièce à mon goût (j étais en sueur la nuit). Mais le service d'exception, la qualité de ses déjeuners et sa belle table de repas et sa situation géographique en fait un super choix. J'y retournerais demain avec un grand plaisir! Merci Una!

Very quiet area which is great. The only issue is wifi, which was so slow and unreliable; my phone got booted off the wifi network all of a sudden and i was never able to log back in as well.

El hotel es muy conveniente, cerca de estació de tren Roma Termini y a una distancia razonable de atractivos de la ciudad. El servicio es excelente, el desayuno con muy buenas opciones y sabroso. En recepción pueden pedir taxis muy rápidamente. Una muy buena experiencia en general y definitivamente me hospedaría ahí nuevamente cuando estemos en Roma

Great hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Pros: English speaking friendly staff, large room/bathroom, nice breakfast. Cons: Hotel was a bit dated, had some minor issues all easily resolved by staff however did require multiple inquiries, so follow through could have been better.

We stayed here for three days and then went to Florence before returning and staying one more night before a trip home to the US. We had such great service from Tamara. She spoke to us in English and Spanish to make sure we both understood instructions. We had also sent all of our clothes to the laundry and it did not come back in time. Tamara got on the phone and got the clothes back for us within one hour. The hotel staff are all kind but honestly Tamara made our stays the best experience. She should be commended! We will stay at Unaway again in the future!!

Property was located in a safe nice area walkable to many attractions. I did not like the fact that there was no sense of urgency when international people arrive early in the morning and they do not want to accommodate getting into their rooms early. Just a “too bad for you” attitude which I have not experienced in countries outside of Europe. Staff were passive aggressive and the bellman brought wrong luggage to our room and then couldn’t locate our bags. We ended up getting them but this was not a great experience checking in. Also bad smell coming from one of our rooms bathrooms- sewage which was unpleasant. When I alerted staff to this no offer to change rooms just sprayed our room with air fresher which does not resolve the issue. Breakfast was included and solid. I would pass in staying here again and would not recommend.
