Room very tired with broken floor tile around area of bed. Bed spotless but hole in the middle of bottom sheet. Hotel noisy as not far from Airport runway and railway line.

STAY AND GET METHANPHETAMINE POISONING

Never before have i had a worse experience. Firstly we discovered Meth equipment and we took the evidence to the front desk. A bit late to change rooms we thought though. There was no working WiFi that we could use to contact anyone outside the hotel to talk to them about the situation and ghe front desk person said it was not his problem. Nor was it his problem that we had no TV That worked and he would not do anything about it or that the water in the bathroom went all over the walls and floor if you tried to have a shower. I will be contacting the authorities regarding the state of that room and the chance of us getting ill from Meth contamination as I have unfortunately been sick ever since i was there. I want a full refund and compensation for our treatment from that hotel.this matter must be addressed. I will be adding photos later

A short walk to the train station with only one stop between Ciampino and Termini for 1.50 euros. Supermarket and many restaurants in the same street in this safe and quiet residential area of Rome next to Ciampino airport.

Very good place to stay close to airport with shuttle services to the airport. Staff was very helpful. A bit noisy from the planes overhead, however, it was the perfect location for an early flight.

very good accomodation for early flights

The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. But the room was cold and even if he came to switch on the heating was still quite cold. but for the rest, it is excellent to take the flight at 7 am from Ciampino since they have also the bus shuttle for 5 € that is great.

This hotel is ok if you want to be on the outskirts of town a cheep and cheerful place a step up from a hostel but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a few days.

The politeness of the staff was perfect . There are many things to do about the maintenance of the building. Also in my opinion with the breakfast although there was a great variety of sweets there were no eggs no cheese.... So it can change a little bit in order to please more people to the top.

Get what you pay for.

Could have been better, but for an airport hotel it was what we paid for. The outside looks sketchy but the inside is decent. Parking is limited. The bed was two twins pushed together. The towels were more like pieces of thin fabric. The TV was probably 20 years old. But the AC worked!

don’t do it!!

Definitely nothing like the photos. We stopped here as we flew into Rome late. Massive mistake. The bed was two singles pushed into a double, the beds were like camping beds and looked nothing like the photos. In regards to ‘free parking’ goof luck finding any. Also the area it is in, did not feel safe.

Great location for airport. Nice restaurant nearby. Enjoyable breakfast available. Aircraft noise very loud - but no night flights. Friendly reception; easy check in and check out. Nice pool a bonus.
