Classic style Villa hotel with excellent knowledgeable and effective staff. All my needs catered to with minimal fuss. Quick access to Airport or transportation to downtown Rome without being in the thick of it. Nice but dated furnishings, silent hood.

Perfect place if you are flying from Champinio Airport, staff very friendly, I need it to print boarding passes and they were happy to help with it. If you stay at here just walk to the right and at the corner there is a round about where you will find a delicious gelato and if you cross the roundabout you will be delighted with the best pizza of Italy the most delicious and super affordable. Also you have convenience stores to buy drinks or whatever you need. And if you ask the front desk at Guiliana’s to schedule the shuttle to the airport you will end up spending way less than regular taxi. For 4 of us the charge was only $20 Euros. I definitely come back again! Especially for the pizza and gelato at the corner. Thank you guys for the great service.

They advertised airport shuttle service and told me it starts at 4:30am and is included. Yet in the morning they called a taxi which charged me €15. Bunch of thieves.

When you're done being soaking up all the rich history and amazing sites in Rome. Take a 15 minute train ride for 1,50 euro to a quiet town full of restaurants and bars at much more affordable prices then the tourist hub of Rome. Get away from all the street hustlers and the congestion in the streets of Rome and experience a laid back lifestyle. If you're looking for luxury, this will cost you much more. If you're practical, and just need a clean safe place to stay this location is ideal. We stayed for 7 days and we would stay again. Tips: Do not buy sim card at the airport wait till you hit the streets of Rome. It was $200 at the airport and $20 everywhere else. Also if you don't bring euro's be prepared to pay commission to change money.
