Absolute best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived to our departure they were helpful, kind, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel is stunning and immaculate. Our room was so comfortable. Every detail was perfect. The location was great, and the front desk helped us arrange transportation if needed. The staff at Casa Monti Roma went above and beyond to pamper their guests. The breakfasts were included and everything was top notch with unlimited cappuccinos. The rooftop bar was very cozy. The rooms were beautifully decorated and bed was comfy. We loved the rainfall shower and turn down service. We would stay again as the location was perfect with attractions within walking and wonderful restaurants within steps.
We could always find our hotel thanks to the yellow car.
Lots of laughs at the rooftop bar.

The views are out of this world! Location was excellent. 4 stars because we had such trouble with our a/c in room 305. It would cycle 3 times, then stop completely, and shut down. We figured out you had to reset the breaker in the room to get it started again. A few times a night to keep it going. Filter may need cleaning or attention. The shower was tiny and would not drain well at all. But the views, breakfast and staff were very good. Maybe select a different room.
