The hotel is great overall and the staff are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast has something for all, and is great quality. You can have lunch and/or dinner at the hotel, but I wouldn't recommend it as whilst the food is excellent (tried and tested) the prices are higher than restaurants nearby. Rooms are modern and great: spacious, lots of storage space, TV, fridge etc. Rooms cleaned every day, and fresh towels provided. Some toileteries are also provided, shower caps, cups for mouth rinsing, bars of soap, and either shower gel or shampoo. The location is good, whilst it may be out of the city, it is only a short walk (15mins) to the metro station which offers transport to the city every few minutes. The only poor aspects of the hotel are the WiFi and the pool times. The WiFi can be confusing and there is a different connection for each floor, and you cannot get WiFi whilst in the dining room. The pool opens at 9 and shuts at 7.

My family and i stayed here, 3 nights July 2017, chosen on price thru Much as previous, quite a long way out of town, so generally once in town stay in town.Slightly tired looking hotel, decor wise, room basic , but very comfortable.Fantastic night sleep, with air con that didn't leave you cold in the night.Very helpful and friendly reception staff, one of the reason we chose the hotel, was for the pool, which was great to have.As other commentors, not a bad place, but too far out of town, to stay at again.

The hotel is OK for the price, a bit of a distant to Rome town centre, we had to get bus to the nearest train station which was about 15 minutes ride then on a train another 15 minutes. there are not many facilities in the hotel or near it. there is a supermarket about 10 -15 minutes walk from it and a little café that joins it. the pool was not in use when we went so cant comment on it.

The hotel on first impressions was it had a modern look. It is situated out of the centre so for our stay we used taxis to get to and from the city and attractions, (4 people - €20 approx each way, depending on traffic as their fares rise in accordance with the time spent not distance travelled. The receptionist was friendly and spoke good English, the rooms were extremely warm even with the air conditioning on, but clean and basic, safe flat screen tv no English channels, there was no coffee or tea making facilities in the hotel. The breakfast was continental and sufficient. Small bar but you always had to wait for the bar tender as he appeared to be doing other things. Reasonable wifi. The hotel is situated in a housing area and not sign posted very well, so is quite. Large on site car parking. Apart from the restaurant at the hotel the only other place to eat was a Pizzeria next door, did not appear to be any other bars or restaurants nearby. As a whole the staff were friendly and helpful gave us good information where to visit and the best ways to get there.

When I first arrived the check in was very easy and went to my room, the window was wide open, I was on the 4th floor so wasn't a problem but then i could not shut or lock the window and also couldn't turn on the AC as the room was very warm. Spoke to reception and went out, got back and AC was on but now very cold, now I couldn't turn off the AC even though it said it was off, so the Ac had a complete mind of its own, which was a problem as i ended up with a heavy cold caused by the AC being on all the time The fuse box on the wall was in a very bad fitting plastic cover. Most hotels have very poor English TV options usually only BBC world as the only option but i want to watch the Eurovision so i watched it on the local Rai 1 tv station but the picture quality was very poor and often kept losing signal and losing picture. Pillows are the flattest I've ever used and very uncomfortable, asked for more but didn't make much difference. Shower flooded the bathroom due to large gap and the bottom Mini bar was empty, despite an mini bar menu in the room - there is a paid for vending machine and change Machin win reception Hair dryer is not very powerful Reception didn't give us vital information about bus routes to the city and ended up at the wrong end of the bus route and miles away from the city wasting 2 hours, which actually wasn't a major problem, just very annoying. Its 2 buses or a bus and metro into the city if you are interested. Wifi drops in and out all the time. Dogs barking all day outside Curtains are nice blackout ones which keep all the light out and breakfast as ok, didn't use the bar.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April 2017. It was our first time in Rome and the hotel was booked based largely on price rather than location. There were a few advantages and disadvantages which I have listed below based on our short stay. Advantages: Two bus stops to get into the centre or nearest Metro station were very close The bed was comfortable The room was clean Modern looking room with several electrical sockets There was a fridge in the room The location is generally very quiet so no outside disturbance There is a safe provided in the room There is a taxi stand directly opposite the bus stop There is a pharmacy closeby The lobby has a vending machine for snacks There is a machine in the lobby to exchange notes for coins Disadvantages: The hotel worker (an old man with glasses) had a rude attitude when you asked him questions The room has no kettle or facility to make hot drinks The hotel has only ONE iron which is shared amongst all their guests!! (This is due to health and safety, we were told, yet the bedroom window opens fully allowing you to jump out if you wished!) The bathroom sink was blocked so the water kept piling up The shower had low pressure which meant that the water trickled out rather than coming out at speed The shower door didn't close fully so the water would get out on to the floor The temperature control unit was useless as it didn't work and the room would get very hot! My advice would be to turn off the fan at the circuit breaker (which you surprisingly have access to!) There is an electronic 'Do Not Disturb', which despite turning on, room service would still enter and clean/tidy your room! Breakfast was very basic (so don't expect too much) however, the staff were very helpful The hotel is far from the main tourist attractions. You will need to get a bus and then a metro which takes approximately 30 mins. There are no restaurants nearby so if you don't eat in the centre then you may not have any choice but to eat at the hotel restaurant. There is no clear signage to indicate where the hotel is. This was a slight problem for me as I had difficulty finding it at first. If you're going to Rome for the first time then I would strongly recommend that you book somewhere more central as the travelling is quite exhausting especially if it's a hot day! Overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again due to it's location and lack of amenities.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to communicate in English with the lady, on arrival, and another staff member understood us when we made an inquiry about a taxi problem, on showing the leaflet to him. The lady gave us a brochure about excursions and this is a good way to see the Vatican, Coliseum, and other sites, with hotel pick up. Bear in mind that this is not a hotel in the Central Area, so, a bus or metro journey might prove too long on a short stay. White taxi single fare to Vatican area is about 20 euros. Being in a residential area means that one can have a good nights sleep, so it is good for older people, who are not so interested in the night life, and are prepared to pay for the excursions and taxi fares to and from the hotel. The room we had was spacious and clean, Continental Breakfast varied, and the one Evening Meal we had was a pleasant experience. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of its location.

We read the reviews so didn't expect too much and that's exactly what we got. If you want somewhere to just sleep this will do but it is NOT a for star hotel. Its dated and needs repairs and the breakfast was rubbish !!! My advice pay a little more and get some where closer to the center and the money you save on the taxi fares will more than make up for it. Sorry !! The staff were helpful enough and pleasant but the hotel was seriously lacking !!!

The hotel is quite far from the city of rome you must take a bus then a metro train although easy enough to use it can be quite tiresome if you want to go back to hotel to rest or change before venturing back out for an evening meal etc unless you use taxis which could eat a chunk out of your spending money a 72hr pass for public transport is €17.50 . The hotel room itself was clean beds a little to hard for me (a personal opinion) ensuite also clean . There is NO room service also the air conditioning was blowing out hot air when i complained they came and switched the fuse off ! So no air con Housekeeping great lovely 2 ladies very friendly reception also very friendly and helpful giving information on how to get around. Breakfast well 1st the coffee its serve youself from a machine not very pleasant and for a 4 star hotel in Rome not serving fresh coffee ! Few crossiants, cakes , fruit. ,tinned fruit ,yoghurt, meats and cheese also something i was told was scrambled egg . We wasn't allowed out by the pool area ,pool was empty but only march so understandable . I probably wouldnt stay again and its definitely not my idea of a 4 star hotel .

My friends booked this hotel for 3 nights and I think that was because of its price but considering the location of it and paying for taxi every day I would prefer to book somewhere else near the city centre the room was clean but very hot so I opened the window for all the night and the shower needs to renew.the lobby was stinky and it seemed they're cooking shrimp!! There was an empty refrigerator and for buying water you should go downstairs there was a selling machine and the only shops near the hotel was a bar and a pizzeria and I think the location was the worst thing! The breakfast was normal and nothing especial but one of the staff was very kind and helpful who was a young woman and also the room had safety box and the wifi in the room was good but in lobby it didn't work.
