If you are staying here because of your flight, its likley cheaper and better experience to stay in Rome close to termini station. At this property, check out is 10:30, the owner is very strict, as if you are getting the room free, cost is super high, no breakfast and 25 euro transfer to the airport. I would rather have stayed close to termini station and take the train to the airport.

I missed my flight and wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport since my new flight was the following day. This was a really great stay. Very comfortable bed and accommodations. There was a separate kitchen that I was able to use. It felt like I had my own apartment. The host was very nice and helpful. He dropped me at the airport for cheaper than a taxi would cost. I was traveling alone and I felt very comfortable here. Would recommend!

The owner refused to let me pay the city tax with a card which meant I had to go look around for an ATM. It’s 2022 I do not carry cash with me often therefore I assumed (like everywhere else in the world) I’d be able to pay with a card. I did not like that especially knowing Italian law does not allow them to say no to any amount of credit or debit card payments, yet she did anyway. That said, it was okay. About 10-12 minutes to the airport. Our door didn’t lock properly and the heat. In the room only heated one side, the other side where the second bed was stayed pretty cold all night. I fly in and out of Rome a lot to see family, not sure I would stay here again.

Perfect stay the night before a flight

We had an early Fiumicino flight so we wanted to stay close by. This was a perfect little spot. Parking right on the street. The proprietor was in touch to ask us when we going to arrive. The room was super clean. I would absolutely recommend.

Good for a place to sleep

Place was good if you only need a place to sleep. Big beds, small space, not much in form of food/beverage, service was good, driver took us to Rome/Airport, small shower. We had to cut our stay short 1 day due to a medical issue and owner was not willing to refund the night, I have been to other Hotels that are flexible when it comes to that kind of stuff.

The host was very welcoming. I was even given Pizza which was really nice of them. Had a great time staying. However it was a bit challenging due to a few personnels who could properly speak english. However the accommodation was good.
