Room was nice and clean, hosts were really good, bed was super comfortable. The only issues I had were there wasn’t any hot water on the first night of the stay, however this was quickly fixed in the morning by the hosts and the AC only seemed to cool and not provide heat.

I really enjoyed staying here, it’s not a traditional hotel so bar lounge etc although a lovely well stocked coffee and some nibbles are there. The receptionist was wonderful she met me when I arrived and made sure everything was ok throughout the stay. The room was lovely and spacious a good tv strong water pressure and lots of hot water, room also had a fridge safe ironing board and hairdryer. What’s amazing is the location ten mins and you are waving at the pope in St Peter’s, 25 mins at the pantheon and Trevi fountain and five mins To the nearest tube that takes you to the coliseum in 30 mins. Happy to recommend this great place and I’ll be back.

Interesting stay. Looks like a big hotel, but it is only five rooms in BUILDING D. You have to go through that center arch and then to the left. More of a Bed and Breakfast than a hotel. My room sort of looked like the picture, the furniture and such was accurate, but my room REALLY needed painting. There were scuff marks on the wall that I had no idea how anyone would even get marks there. Bed was comfortable, bath was nice, and it was clean. Breakfast was basically cookies or toast on plastic chairs in open area. There was a room refrigerator with complementary drinks, but the fridge was not on so nothing was cold. TINY elevator I wasn't going to risk, so hauled my suitcases up to third floor. Manager gives you a key to not only your room, but the suite of five rooms and the front door to the B and B as well. Certainly a decent stay, but not what I was expecting at all. Different cultures? People I talked to said that wasn't unusual for Rome, but definitely different from an American hotel.

Carla is very accommodating, very helpful. The whole property and the room is clean. AC working really well. And a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Location a 10min walk to Lepanto or to St Peters. I highly recommend this place.

Carla is very accommodating, very helpful. Room is clean, AC is working perfectly fine. There are plenty shops neaby (grocery, restaurants, very good ice cream shop). Walking distance to metro station and to St Peter's Basilica and Vatican.

This property was so adorable and in the best neighborhood with tons of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. They have a common area with a refrigerator and microwave and snacks/beverages. The staff comes daily to tidy and restock everything, which is very convenient. The only drawback is the door to enter the common area is quite loud to unlock and enter, and you can hear everything people do while in that area, so when people come and go, often late at night, it is fairlydisruptive until they clear out.
