The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants, street artists and is well connected with various bus and metro lines near the house which allow you to move comfortably both on foot and using public transport. Ideal for those who want to see and experience the atmosphere of the Eternal City.

Couldn't ask for a more perfect location! Great 2 bedroom 1.5 bath in the Monti district (great little shops, restaurants) and can easily walk everywhere.Really good communication with property mgr Emro and he had great recommendations for places to eat, etc. So many wonderful little restaurants to enjoy each night. Fantastic cafe/bar Artigiano across the street - must try the salmon avocado toast for breakfast! The street is tiny but has traffic plus you're in the heart of the city, so definitely recommend earplugs if you are in the front bedroom. I would love to stay here again!

A cozy apartment right in Monti! Perfect for a Family of 4 (2 teens, 2 adults) Check in process was extremely easy. Antonio’s associate Emro met us early so we could leave our luggage before officially checking in. Apartment was clean and the AC felt beautiful after a day of exploring. Even though it’s right on a busy street you don’t hear any outside noise at all. Would highly recommend for a small family!

This apartment is located a short walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by incredible dining options. The host was fantastic - met us at the door to help us inside and answer any questions. Apartment was clean and comfortable with comfortable beds. A really wonderful stay! I recommend.

Great trip to Rome!

The 2BD 1.5 bath was perfect for us and our adult son. The location was close to the colloseum and a 20-25 minute walk to other rome highlights. The local restaurants and bars plus gelato across the street were great and close! You can arrange a private driver from the airport if needed. The host was very easy to work with for information and check in. Luggage storage close by if you are not leaving the city at 10am.

Wonderful location, can see the coliseum from the entrance!

Great location near the coliseum and walkable to many places in Rome. The apartment is confortable for two couples. Not big but we only would come to sleep since we spent the time around Rome all day. Check in was relatively easy and we actually arrived earlier than checking time and they were very accommodating even though they had people checking out that morning. Beds were super confortable. The apartment was very cleaned .Only two things i would point out, no paper towel or kitchen towels in the kitchen and the entrance to the building could be a little nicer and cleaner.check out was easy too. Pierluigi even arranged our pick up rides from the airport! Great stay!!!!

Wonderful Location and Flat

The flat was just as described and was very neat and clean. The location was absolutely wonderful and the neighborhood cafes and wine bar were terrific, as were the people in the area. The Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Would book again.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Rome, l'appartement est bien situé pour rayonner dans la ville. Le quartier est sympa, et calme avec suffisamment de commerces. Appartement en très bon état il manque juste quelques rangements dans les chambres. Merci pour ce séjour.

bagni no funzionali, primo bagno :doccia inutilizzabile perche' si allaga tutto il bagno, lavello piccolissimo che rende difficile lavarsi. bagno in camera: utilizzabile solo il wc, il lavello e' un lavamani. Entrambi i bagni hanno la vaschetta che deve riempirsi completamente prima di poter fornire nuovamente acqua per lo sciacquone... circa 20 minuti. quindi per intenderci non si puo' utilizzare il bagno due volte consecutivamenete. A favore : pulizia, posizione.
