Great location—close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The photos accurately reflect the property’s condition, although the shower is in poor condition with yellow staining and peeling. Unfortunately, the host experience was disappointing. Only minimal essentials were provided: the welcome kit included just one toilet paper, a tiny 5ml shampoo/shower gel, and a small soap for a family of six on a five-day stay. Basic amenities like salt, pepper, hand wash, dish soap and sponge etc were entirely absent. Additionally, the host attempts to charge a 'late check-in' fee, even though there’s no reception desk and guests are required to use a self check-in system that relies on their own data/internet access. This as well as other charges are unreasonable.

Prachtig centraal gelegen appartementje, alles wat je nodig hebt , hier en daar losse stukken maar nog steeds bruikbaar, communicatie was heel goed stonden direct klaar als je iets nodig had. We komen zeker terug
