The staff was polite professional and very friendly. The facility itself was very nice and clean. The pool was out of service due to an accident of somebody driving into the fence but. Overall, it was good.

We came for Army graduation. Great location, just a few miles from the main gate. Pool was refreshing during the hot temperatures. Terrance at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! The only negative thing I have is that our room had a bad odor.

I’ve never been treated so poorly for staff and general manger Trevor. I booked a king size bed with sofa bed for three people. I’m recovering from surgery and had my husband and son with me. The sofa bed was literally a V shape when unpacked. I went down to talk to the staff to ask if there were any other rooms. He said they have available rooms but there “is no way my GM will approve allowing tour some to sleep in another room for free. I begged, asked them to come see the bed, asked to speak to the GM Trevor. Staff said there is no way you can speak with a manager and there was no way Trevor would help you out. So my son is has to sleep on the floor. Absolutely unprofessional and not worth the cost of the stay. Will never stay at this location again. Managers and staff should be trained.

We booked a room with a king size bed and they gave us two double beds. The power went out in the entire hotel about 20 minutes after getting to our room. We waited 2 hours in the room with no AC and then decided to leave. No refund was given.
