Though the units are a bit smaller than other Worldmark resorts, they were great for a family of 4. Resort is right on a river and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Small grocery store and restaurants very close. Short drive (if you choose to do it) into town to visit the shops or walk along the Big Thompson river. It's about a mile walk. Resort does not have elevators, but not an issue. Non-smoking! Housekeeping only comes once during a week long stay unless you request them.
This was a great place to stay for many reasons. There are a bunch of beautiful lakes around in the Rocky Mountain national park. It's also not far from the stadiums in Denver. and the Stanley hotel would be a great place to stay.... For a night!
Visiting here with my husband, sister and brother in law. The WorkdMark is nicely situated in Estes Park... very convenient. We booked through Wyndham since we are time share owners. The condo is well equipped and had a nice back porch with a beautiful view of the mountains. The sound of the rushing river 30 feet from our porch is nice. Last night we could hear elk in the distance. I would definitely recommend this place
We were in a 3 bed 3 bath unit on the lower level facing the stream. Pros: Easy and quick checkin Stocked kitchen with essentials Extra towels and coffee available with lobby Outdoor seating with gas grill for our unit Play area for toddlers Cons: With a toddler, it's not an easy walk into town; will need to drive Received phone calls in room that were unanswered on the other end; maintenance explained it to be an issue with phone system with some lightning strike Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay.
We stayed here for a week in July and loved the resort. We are Worldmark owners and expect the wonderful amenities that come with the unit. The great things about this resort are the views: sunset over a mountain with pockets of snow, looking out your window at the river flowing through the resort, and just the design of the buildings. We were in a unit that had poor wifi, so we went to the lobby each morning and evening to check our emails. Staff are always the best, but Phoebe and the others here were outstanding. We had a family member with health issues, and they were so kind and understanding. The resort is in a great location close to town and a shuttle stop.
This place was great. We stayed in a 2-brm, 2-bath, 1-st floor unit. It was clean and well stocked. We had a washer/dryer in our unit which was very convenient. I booked an additional studio for my sister and her beau. Theirs was more like a 1-bdrm since the bedroom was separate from the living area with a closing door. They were quite comfortable - absolutely no complaints. Check-in was fast, friendly, and informative. Front desk staff gave us a list of recommended places to dine and coupons. Housekeeping was fast, courteous and very accomodating. Loved the pool and jacuzzi after a long day walking the town. The resort is off the beaten path and tucked away from the main street in town where all the tourists roam, but it is still walking distance to a nice BBQ restaurant. The mountain and river setting of this resort is breath-takingly beautiful. There are wild elk and other wild critters roaming around. We stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. It's pretty full during the summer months and the town is quite busy with tourists spring/summer so best time to stay here might be the fall/winter months.
We absolutely loved this hotel. The place was beyond clean, I mean everything was spotless. There was a nice play area for our toddler to play at, and the resort seemed busy but was still very quiet. We also appreciated the in unit washer and dryer after a long day of hiking. We were beyond impressed and will certainly be back! Thanks for the great say.
This was perfect for our one night stay. It was small but clean and well equipped. We had the perfectly heated hot tub to ourselves. It's close to RMNP and town. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The price was very affordable and I would recommend it and stay again!
We stayed here in April and had a very enjoyable time. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. And the location is great. It is five minutes away from town and the backdrop is superb. You can actually take some very nice photographs from the area behind the hotel. And the Rocky Mountain National Park is approximately 10 minutes away. The room was clean and well stocked. Oh, and you will probably see elk wandering around the neighborhood, including on the street beside the hotel. One more thing, there are no sales presentations here so you will not get hassled to buy more credits. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay here and would come back.
The place is very clean but the rooms are small and somewhat dark. The windows are small and high so you have to stand to look out. If you plan to just be out all the time and just sleep here, it is ok.
