I went there to check in and nobody was working at the hotel. It was 9:40PM. I rang the bell, called their phones, called central reservations, and nobody was there and nobody could help. I had to leave and find another hotel to stay at.

Renovating the rooms takes time. The mattress and pillows were comfortable . The handicapped shower was new & nice, as was the bathroom sink area. In time carpet should be replaced and the walls painted.

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very worn, that is probably the reason for the renovations being done. What bothers me most is we booked a whirlpool room midweek, the shower head/handle was broken and difficult to use. The caulk around the whilpool was cracked and missing. There is strong smell of mold. Rusty grit came out of the whirlpool jets. The desk chair has areas that are wornn through the upolstery. The pool area was also closed, which was disapointing. The price of $133 is wayvover priced.

Well to start the hotel started to do a remodel so there was furniture in the halls of every floor. We originally booked a 2 night stay but decided to add an additional night. We moved to the new location. The holder for the shower head was broken. We asked to have it replaced but no one ever came. We had to get our own towels and whatever else we needed. No garbage was picked up so we put it out in the hall. We had asked for maid service but that didn’t happen either.

My husband & I came up for the New Year to visit family. I had booked another hotel and we were so disappointed with our accommodations and came here and Syd was so amazing & accommodating! From now on…. This is going to be my home away from home. Breakfast was great, comfortable bed, pillows and towels that do sandpaper.

Everything was efficient at check in, etc. The room was worn out. There were stains on the carpeting, the desk chair fake leather finish was completely worn out and missing from most of the chair. I had to put a towel on the chair because it was extensively peeling.
