The soaring river rock hearth: A soaring two-story fireplace serves as the room’s anchor. Outfitted with a wood-burning fireplace, it radiates warmth and classic lodge atmosphere throughout the entire main level.

The curated library: Beyond the digital world, we’ve provided a library of discovery. Our custom bookshelf is stocked with a diverse collection of board games and literature, perfect for a slow afternoon or a family game night by the fire.

Cinema among the trees: Perfectly positioned for cinematic viewing without detracting from the room's rustic elegance, a 58” 4K Smart TV offers seamless streaming for movie nights or the big game; complete with a DVD player and a curated DVD library.

Deep-seated comfort: The room is furnished with an abundance of plush, oversized seating, intentionally arranged to facilitate long conversations while offering every guest a front-row view of the hearth and the forest.

Competitive play: Engage in a pool tournament, go head to head at our old school arcade or challenge someone to air hockey. Walk out to the covered porch for a professional ping pong table, foosball, or relax at the pub table while watching the action.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS

4 Private suites: 3 Kings, 1 Queen.

The lookout loft: Airy upper-level retreat with 1 Queen and 3 Twin beds.

3.5 baths: Full baths on every level, plus a main-floor Powder Room featuring a bespoke vanity, cabinetry, and custom-selected fixtures.

RESERVATION STANDARDS & EXCLUSIVITY
To maintain the pristine condition of the estate, we observe the following standards:

Occupancy: Base rate includes 8 adults and remainder children (Max 12 guests total). Two additional adults can be accommodated for $200 per adult per stay. Not to exceed 12 guests total.

Privacy & peace of mind: The property features two discreet external motion-activated cameras (Front Porch/Driveway) for security that record audio and video on motion. Recordings are selectively reviewed upon check-in and check-out to obtain guest count. Additionally, two Minut smart home sensors are located in common areas to monitor noise decibel levels, smoke detection, Carbon Monoxide (CO), and crowd sensing to ensure guest safety and a peaceful environment for all.

Primary renter must be 25+ years to rent. Strictly no pets/ESAs (Allergy-Friendly). No indoor smoking/vaping.

Estate exploration: Explore 5 private acres of ridgelines and forest at your leisure and note that the grounds are located near a forest that contains wildlife, fallen trees, cliffs, and uneven surfaces. Explore the woods understanding the risks. Be mindful of seasonal hunting in the area and wear appropriate burnt orange attire.
