• Unwind In Our Outdoor Oasis: Ease into the comfort of the 7-person hot tub or 2-person sauna, each with a breathtaking view of 5 acres of the Hocking Hills. Relax at the fire pit making smores or enjoy the fire table on those rainy days on the covered deck.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in our well-stocked kitchen, perfect for any culinary creation, boasting a river rock island with seating, cast iron cookware and new non-stick cookware. Complete with a fully stocked spice rack and olive oil.

• Coffee Haven: Start your day right with our coffee bar, featuring a 12-cup auto drip, a small manual espresso machine, and a French press, along with complimentary coffee, tea, cream, and sugar.

• Peaceful Bedrooms: Relax in our comfortable bedrooms, each featuring cozy quilts, sound machines, knitted throws, ceiling fans, and USB ports for charging your devices.

• Warm Up by the Fireplaces: Snuggle up by the two wood burning fireplaces: a soaring 2 story river rock fireplace on the main level and another cozy fireplace downstairs in the rec room.

The Space in Detail
• Main Level: Relax in the great room with its stunning 2-story fireplace, 50” Smart HDTV, and comfortable seating. The well-equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to whip up a meal and sits 2 at the stone river rock island. The dining room offers seating for 10 on our custom wood table with beautiful wooded views. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck and enjoy the hot tub, sauna, gas grill, fire table, corn hole game, and ample seating. The main level also features a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and a convenient half bath.

• Upper Level: The open loft area is perfect for kids with its four twin beds and fun play area. There's also a queen bedroom with a private balcony and workspace, and another king bedroom with a sitting area. A full bathroom with plenty of towels completes the upper level.

• Lower Level: Head downstairs to the rec room for a game of pool, air hockey, foosball, or classic arcade games. There's also a living area with a fireplace and another 50” Smart HDTV, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with complimentary detergent. Step outside onto the lower deck and enjoy another game of ping pong or simply relax and take in the wooded views.

Perfect for up to 8 Adults and remaining kids up to 12 guests total (Additional adults beyond 8 may be considered upon request. $100 per adult guest after 8 and not to exceed 12 guests total.)
