I would recommend that the hosts send a note along with reservation confirmation that the property access instructions and house rules will be sent 48 hours before check-in. For those of us that aren’t familiar with VRBO, Vacasa, or Expedia bookings of vacation rentals it will help with building confidence that “you’re booked and we’ll get back to you 48 hours before your planned arrival.”

Beautiful house, two decks facing the ocean, comfortable beds, fantastic location! I loved the upstairs TV room with the walk out deck and amazing vista of the whole beach.We had a couple of glitches: broken ice machine and no ice trays to make our own ice; broken start switch and an empty tank on propane grill. Overall, we loved our rental house and our time on the beach. Thank you!

We had no pets. The beach views and access could NOT be improved on. It was amazing every day! The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of dishes and cooking ware. Twin beds NEED mattress, they are Not good for adults, maybe kids only. Our group was 8 ladies, and two rolls of toilet paper aren't nearly enough. we all agreed we would come back in a heartbeat!

Family get away

Had a great time with my parents, aunt and uncle and sister. The view was amazing the rooms were huge! My mom wasn’t able to use the beach access, but she just enjoyed sitting on the deck.

Birthday Celebration

We really enjoyed our stay. Eight women in the house was easy to hang together or separate. Beds were comfy, kitchen was great, lots of seating, AMAZING views of the ocean and just a short path to the beach.
