The staff I feel did their best but they seemed short staffed and it affected the cleanliness of the rooms. The gentlemen at the front desk that checked us in was fantastic. He was the only one there but it seemed like he still cared about his job.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming without being overbearing. It's a great basic place to stay, right off the interstate and close to lots of chain shopping and dining options, but also only 5 minutes by car from downtown Austin, the Spam museum, and the Hormel historic house. It's not a luxury hotel, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Brand new, really clean and neat, fast and strong WiFi.
We ran out of hot water during our morning showers. The TV did not work and they were unable to resolve it. The room had a lot of noise from other rooms. Breakfast was cold cereal or food that needed to be microwaved. Coffee was hot and fresh. Bed was comfortable.
