Nestled in nature, this newly renovated cottage features an open floor plan including a combo living dining area with hardwood floors and lots of windows for natural light. The modern well equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, large refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Three cozy bedrooms with a queen, full, and twin bed, plus a sofa bed, insure guests will have plenty of private space to relax. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, washer/dryer and outdoor patio dining area with Weber gas grill. Stroll past a cranberry bog, shop the local farm stands, or try your hand at fishing in the trout stocked Mattapoisett river which borders the property. Steps away, we have a pond with a pedal boat and we invite you to take a spin. The Mattapoisett town beach is a hidden gem just 4 miles away( 8min by car ) and a parking pass is provided. The Bourne Bridge to cape cod is less than 30 min by car. The New Bedford waterfront and historical Whaling Museum is roughly 13 min by car. Here you can catch a ferry to Nantucket and the Islands.
