A charming antique loved and cared for by the same family for generations. There is ample space with 7 clean and comfortable bedrooms, including a 3rd-floor bunk room for the kids, and a library with a pull-out couch on the first floor.

Large kitchen and dining room on the first floor as well as a pantry with extra refrigerator, living room, kids playroom, and library.

No A/C- but the strong ocean breezes will make your stay very comfortable and relaxing.

Note: The beach and grounds are shared with only one other home. The smaller home (207B Great Neck) next door is rented separately.
