The air conditioner did not worked properly, so given that it was summer had to sleep in a room that 25 C (80 F), with a fan which was the only solution. Set on top of a beautiful hill this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff was accommodating and the sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the wine choices thoughout the day were fantastic. The sommelier, Marcella is passionate and engaging. We could have listened to her for hours. If I had one suggestion it would be that water would be provided pool side free of charge.
Though a bit hard to find this place is magical! It had the best views in all of the area. The staff was incredible! They were so friendly and accommodating it was hard to leave. The pool and thermal spa is spectacular! With stunning views you find yourself in total relaxation in paradise. We had a massage which was wonderful. The food is first class. We travel extensively and have many places to still go. That being said we would come back to this beautiful castle!
