📜 A Renter Agreement is required to book. The agreement will be sent to the guest at the time of booking.

💰 A $300 security deposit will be held on the guest's credit card. The hold will take place 2 days prior to the guest's arrival and will be released within 5 days of the guest's departure, pending no damages. Both the Renter Agreement and security deposit will be via a secured link sent at the time of booking.
