Palms Tulum Luxury Condo Hotel

We would move into Palms Luxury Condos if we could! The rooms are beautiful, staff are great, and great location with bike rental included in the price! Many great restaurants closeby and just across the street form a grocery store if you'd like to take advantage of the kitchen in the room like we did! Will be back next time!

Definitely the best bang for your buck out of everywhere that we looked. Just a short walk from great restaurants and bars in Tulum. Hotel staff was awesome.

Nice in-town hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The facility is very modern and clean. Would be a good choice for a small family or group or an extended stay, since the suite has a full kitchen and full-service supermarkets are nearby. Close to some restaurants and bars but since it is not at the beach it is a relatively quiet area, at least during the week.

We had a terrific stay at Palms Tulum. The hotel is located in town, which means you can walk to a myriad of shops and restaurants --- the hotels on the beach are more restricted in that respect. They offer free bikes --- something other hotels do not do, and even though it is not expensive to rent them somewhere else you might not want to do so, especially if you have a car (and Palms Tulum has free parking). The rooms are not really rooms but full-blown suites: a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small balcony. The pool is on the small side --- you are in the land of pristine beaches and amazing cenotes, so why would you need anything more? Everything is very well kept --- the level of detail of the staff in doing so is astonishing. You have coffee and tea and cookies. One thing that I did not see advertised but is incredibly useful is that you can ask them for beach towels --- return them at the end of the day and get fresh ones the following day if you need them. The staff is very friendly --- we had interesting conversations with them pretty much every day --- and knowledgeable about the area --- what to do, where to go, whether you need what scuba certification for doing one thing or the other,... Overall, Palms Tulum was fantastic, and we would be more than happy to return. We were told that the owners are soon opening a cheaper hotel (with regular rooms instead of suites) just a block away --- not that Palms Tulum is expensive by any means.

The hotel is small and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are updated and stylish. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Great hotel for the price!

I travelled with my adult son and his fiance. The room was beautiful, complete with balcony, private bedroom and kitchen. The property was well maintained and in a good location. We did have a rental car which was advantageous to access the end of the beach road although the bikes available at hotel could take you there as well. A good hike. The beach did stink (see other comments) due to the seaweed so am very glad we stayed in town. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Vegan and vegetarian restaurant right across the street. Close to ruins as well.

we really enjoyed the room. There was a kitchennete, futon, tv in the living room and bedroom, and the bedroom was comfortable. It beats a lot of the other hotels in the area.

Hotel was right at the edge of town and approximately 3 kilometers into downtown Tulum. Hernan cheerfully greeted us and provided lots of valuable insight in navigating the town throughout our stay. Our room faced into the alley which was relatively quiet except for the rooster crowing in the AM. Bed was large, but a little too firm for my liking. Bathroom was beautiful but the water pressure was horrible. Kitchen had the basic amenities and we were able to walk/bike to the supermarket across the streert for groceries. Beach cruisers were provided and was about a 15 min bike ride to the beach hotel Palms partners with and 10 min buke ride to the ruins. Great restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance as well. My boyfriend and I will definitely stay here again!

Pro: Great boutique hotel. The front desk was very friendly and had all the knowledge I needed. Great recommendations. All the attractions in Tulum are 10-15 mins away tops. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Con: I wish They would provide dish washing liquid. We didnt feel to comfortable eating in the plates.

I stayed for four nights and I must say I liked the experience. The staff was really friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions - from restaurants to sites to visit. Hotel is close to restaurants and shops. A 15 minute bike ride to the Tulum ruins and beach. I wish u could've stay longer.

Unbelievable find in Tulum, the staff were amazing, the location could not have been any better and it was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed.. Cannot wait to book for next year.
