Unsafe, Misleading, and Unfit for Families – Had to Find Another Hotel at Night
I booked this hotel for a short stay with my child, and it turned out to be one of the most distressing travel experiences I've ever had. Within minutes of arriving, I knew we couldn’t stay.
The hallways reeked of urine and marijuana, which was both nauseating and extremely concerning in a place advertising itself as “family-friendly.” The smell even crept into our room, which made it feel dirty and unsafe from the start.
Things only got worse as the evening went on. The noise levels were unbearable—loud music and TV late into the night. It was impossible to be able to sleep, and I felt completely on edge. It genuinely did not feel like a safe environment.
The room itself was a far cry from what was shown online. The pictures were totally misleading. The actual room was poorly maintained, with an overall grimy appearance that made me regret not turning around immediately upon check-in.
After trying to endure it for less than two hours, I made the decision no parent should have to make while traveling—I packed up our things and found another hotel late at night just so we could sleep somewhere clean, quiet, and safe.
This place should not be listed as suitable for families or solo travelers. I felt completely misled and incredibly disappointed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—you deserve better, especially if you're traveling with kids.
