It was of moderate size, clean, unpretentious, and adequate. Located close to a freeway and shopping mall.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, jacuzzi was hot, quiet place.

Hotel staff don't talk to the guests, unless you ask them something.

Giving 2 stars because of location and the price I got for it. Stayed in Room 227: Took 10 mins for someone to show up at check in after ringing the bell for service. Room wreaked of cigarette. Even though it was a smoking room at least air it out and spray some kind of fragrance. TV is very antiquated... should upgrade all tvs to LCD flat screens. 2 lamps didn't work in room. Worst ironing board ever... the top foam cover was so wrinkled + when I opened it to use all the old foam from inside foam cover came out. The iron wouldn't spray any water The fold up luggage holder had one strap broken so couldn't use it to hold luggage. The shower was small The fridge was big but had a lot of ice build up in the freezer Room was very dark even if all the lamps worked The front was hard to close, had to pull it hard to shut it close. You have to insert your room key 3 times to get door to open So even though the price was cheap and location was convenient, I would not stay here again... I've stayed at over 200 hotels and this one I definetly wouldn't recommend staying at.

We were comfortable and had no complaints. It was very convenient. The staff was friendly.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends.

Came down for my daughter basketball event and stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great(freeway access; many stores and great eats). Room was clean but bathroom floors and shower need replaced. The breakfast is not a hot one. Only cold cereal , variety of cinnamon buns; oj; coffee. Really Quiet stay. Price was great. would definately stay again.

my family had a wonderful experience and stay. Mike is a great manager, very understanding and caring.

We needed a cool place to stay and the AC was great. The king bed was very comfortable, room service was very accommodating and no unnecessary noises even in the proximity to the 15. The television was of the CRT variety and the sound was terrible. The room did have a good wifi connection and I would use that for my viewing needs in future stays.

I loved it. The front desk clerk was awesome. I loved how quiet the location was.

The staff was nice. The room was clean, but other than that is was not good. The walls were paper thin and the area was ghetto

It's in a good location! Hotel staff was very polite!

I liked location of hotel, but too many people up all night talking loud & arguing.

I stayed several deys for visiting friends. First day, coffee maker cannot be used due to concent problem. And shower lever,H-C control had curious character.Moving H-side,water became cold,C-side,warm??well,not warm. From second-day,not so warm water shower ends about 3-4 munites, became cold water. It was terrible experience ever I've stayed such like MOTELs.

It looked better in the pictures. The room was dirty & smelly. Also there were lots of aunts in the bathroom. The phones are old and I got charged 5$ extra for internet usage...The jacuzzi was cold. there was lots of trash outside the rooms & parking lot area. I also didnt feel safe.

I use to work at the hotels at the Grand Canyon so my opinions are based on that and other hotel stays over the years. The room was fine, average in cleanliness and amenities. Good for the price. The in room coffee could be better. I was in a room in an older building that had the king size beds and could be sound proofed better, there was a sound wall on the other side of the freeway that directed all the sound that way. I would bring earplugs and my own coffee and filter but there is also coffee in the lobby in the morning. The entrance is a little hidden, don't blink. Other than that my stay was pleasant enough.

My experience was unreal. The fire alarm went off while I was taking a shower. I called the office and the clerk wanted to know what I did. She stated she would be coming to room. She never showed. Alarm went off. When I called the clerk she stated I could not use hot water for the shower or it would set the alarm off. Phone and other items showed I was in room 230 but I was in 231. Never again. If it had been a real fire it would have been out of control by the time the staff went into action.

gone all day. needed a clean, quiet place to sleep
