Hotel was fine. The staff wasnt very welcoming and everytime we went to the lobby there was a sign that they would return in 15 minutes. They should have a return time. 15 minutes from when?
This was a one night stay for a family wedding. The check in was smooth and the gentleman at the desk was able to put us right next door to another family member. Very helpful. The property was a little hard to see the drive in, but once we had been there it is fine.
Had three rooms booked and was there early in the day to make sure all was set for when my crew arrived later in the night. They checked in 2 of my 3 rooms but the third room who they had his name and also my name and permission to check him in-they WOULDNT let him check in as they "didn't change the name on the reservation" my employees slept in his truck in the parking lot as they wouldn't check him in and the room just sat there empty. GREAT SERVICE!!!! Worst communication and understanding the English language and it shows. DO NOT STAY HERE
Beds are ok, shower/bath want clean, cleaning rag hung on shower curtain. Rest of the room was clean, loved having the refrigerator included. Off we would have gotten there earlier I would have complained about the shower. Front check in is at the night window on the side of building all the time.
It was of moderate size, clean, unpretentious, and adequate. Located close to a freeway and shopping mall.
Wonderful staff, clean rooms, jacuzzi was hot, quiet place.

Giving 2 stars because of location and the price I got for it. Stayed in Room 227: Took 10 mins for someone to show up at check in after ringing the bell for service. Room wreaked of cigarette. Even though it was a smoking room at least air it out and spray some kind of fragrance. TV is very antiquated... should upgrade all tvs to LCD flat screens. 2 lamps didn't work in room. Worst ironing board ever... the top foam cover was so wrinkled + when I opened it to use all the old foam from inside foam cover came out. The iron wouldn't spray any water The fold up luggage holder had one strap broken so couldn't use it to hold luggage. The shower was small The fridge was big but had a lot of ice build up in the freezer Room was very dark even if all the lamps worked The front was hard to close, had to pull it hard to shut it close. You have to insert your room key 3 times to get door to open So even though the price was cheap and location was convenient, I would not stay here again... I've stayed at over 200 hotels and this one I definetly wouldn't recommend staying at.

Came down for my daughter basketball event and stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great(freeway access; many stores and great eats). Room was clean but bathroom floors and shower need replaced. The breakfast is not a hot one. Only cold cereal , variety of cinnamon buns; oj; coffee. Really Quiet stay. Price was great. would definately stay again.
my family had a wonderful experience and stay. Mike is a great manager, very understanding and caring.
We needed a cool place to stay and the AC was great. The king bed was very comfortable, room service was very accommodating and no unnecessary noises even in the proximity to the 15. The television was of the CRT variety and the sound was terrible. The room did have a good wifi connection and I would use that for my viewing needs in future stays.
I loved it. The front desk clerk was awesome. I loved how quiet the location was.
