We did not haver hot water, and they guaranteed that if we were not happy with our stay, they provide a full refund. But since we got this from Expedia, the refund must come from Expedia? SO can i get a full refund for this stay?

This is my 3rd stay at this location. Everything was great except the woman working the breakfast on 1/30/25 was rude and looked very disgruntled. I did not get her name.
