Conveniently positioned near the UWRF campus (1 mile), and downtown RF, ensures that you're just a stone's throw away from a plethora of dining options, charming boutiques, and lively entertainment venues. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted to discover the abundance of outdoor activities available in the surrounding area. Including hiking, fishing, and kayaking!

Whether you're seeking indoor comfort or outdoor entertainment, our home has it all. From the three spacious bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay for families, groups of friends, solo getaway or business travelers. In addition to its many features, this home also offers the convenience of in-unit laundry and a spacious living room with plush seating, adorned with soft cushions, where you can relax while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay. This includes 3 bedrooms, one sleeper sofa, and one bathroom. With our code door lock, you'll receive a unique access code prior to your arrival, granting you easy and private entry into the property at any time that suits your schedule.

The home is a duplex. (Owners live next door). For parking you will have access to the entire right side of the driveway.

My husband and I brought my elderly father back to his hometown to see his brother and attend a funeral and we chose to stay at In-N-Out Trout. This was an incredibly clean, cozy, and absolutely phenomenal place to stay. The hosts are amazing, communicative and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here if you are ever passing through River Falls!

Traveling from the Twin Cities Minnesota, we had 5 adults and 1 teen staying at this location to be closer to my daughter's wedding venue. Great place to stay! Only thing that would have been more ideal would be to have a 2nd bathroom for more guests. But other than that, the stay was great. Thank you!

Very limited kitchen utensils. It would of been nice to have wood for at least one night fire. The bathroom towel rack was broke and the screen window was missing on back door so there were a lot of bugs. I don't think the owner checks is property very often. We did enjoy our stay.

Super convenient location- near the community hockey rink but also grocery store, restaurants and Kwik trip, plus 30min from Woodbury, MN with lots of other options. Home is clean and well equipped, although the kitchen, bathroom and 2 of the 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, up a steep set of stairs. Laundry available with washer, dryer and detergent available. Neighborhood seems safe, lots of apartments and multifamily homes. Owner very responsive. Would stay again!
