Loud mouth blond front desk over dog barking next to our room. She explained that dogs are on first floor. No other room on first floor so we had to move to second floor. Inconvenient. Made reservations way ahead of time. Dogs should not be allowed to be left in rooms alone. Found long hair on towels and in tub. Towels are hard and scratchy. Pillows are awful all need replaced. Breakfast is very good. Need longer hours. Need coin changer in laundry room or a sign that says it’s next door in game room. Last year we stayed and it was very good. Disappointed. I had called to check on laundry room since we were staying longer. Phone ran forever. When rude lady answered , I said, “I thought no one was there ??” She said I was helping someone else “. When we arrived at the property, loud mouth rude blond lady was out smoking. I think she is the one I spoke to on the phone. She is not good for your business!! Will think twice about staying here ever again.
