Wohnung ok, Kommunikation mit Vermietet katastrophal

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Im Inserat steht, das es Internet über WLAN gibt, stimmt leider nicht, es gibt KEIN WLAN. Im Inserat steht ebenfalls, das man 5 Sprachen spricht was auch nicht stimmt, außer Italienisch geht nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war eine Katastrophe. Auf all meine Nachrichten kam nicht eine einzige Antwort. Ein völlig fremder Mann, der zufällig vor Ort war und dort selbst Wohnungen vermietet, hatte uns dann beim Check In geholfen. Die Vermieterin kam dann sichtlich genervt 2 Stunden zu spät an, hat uns Bettwäsche gegeben und ging wieder. Nie nie nie wieder!!!!!
