Annexed to the house there are 5,000 square meters of land (vineyards and arable land) with a large sun terrace of 100 square meters in porphyry equipped with barbeque and covered with waterproof tent for 60 sqm, 2 parking spaces outside shower. Internally comprises: large kitchen and living room with two beds very comfortable, double sofa bed, bathroom with washing machine, double bedroom. Max 5 beds (4+1)
