We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Bagnaia offers one of the largest and most equipped beaches on the island, moreover its pebble bottoms and crystal clear water are perfect for lovers of snorkeling and boat excursions. Its strategic position allows you to reach some of the major centers of the island in a few minutes by car.

- deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
