Registration was a bit troublesome. The resort insisted on copies of our passports (we had provided copies of driver's licenses) in advance for registering us for access. We feel this is a security risk. We offered to have them verify our passports on arrival, as is the norm with any lodging we have used over many years of travel, but they would not.Also all communication with the rental management was done via chat. They would not answer the phone when called and replied only via chat. Feel that lacks personal attention, especially when dealing with issues.Aside from that we enjoyed the property and had no other issues during our stay.Highly reccomend the property and the resort!
