Privileged location on Bolivar Street, block of Copacabana beach, allowing quick and easy access to various parts of the city, besides having the most trendy and traditional bars, restaurants, bakeries, markets and even cinema on the street.
The apartment has been completely renovated by architect and has 3 bedrooms with comfortable accommodation (one double bed in a master bedroom with dressing room, two single beds in a second bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom), including air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room, broadband internet access, cable TV, bed and bath linen, washer and dryer, clothesline, full kitchen, built-in closets in the bedrooms. Concierge 24 hours. 42-inch television in living room and 32-inch television in one of the bedrooms.
Note: smoking is not allowed in this apartment and we do not accept pets. Families and children are very welcome! We have toys for small children in the apartment. If need be, we can borrow stroller.
