You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: BRL 120 per person, per night for guests staying between 25 July - 31 August
• Cash Cleaning deposit: BRL 400.00 per stay for guests staying between 30 July - 31 August
• A damage deposit of BRL 800.00 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

• Late check-in fee: BRL 30 for check-in between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM
• Kitchen/kitchenette fee: BRL 49 per night

• Cleaning supplies fee: BRL 50.00 per stay
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 10 percent

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present—in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo—a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
