The apartment is on the first floor, always ventilated, with mild climate, open windows, but looking like a house. There is no need for air conditioning, the building is located in front of the beach, with access to it by the garage, with own entrance by Av. Atlantic. has 2 bedrooms, living and dining room, well equipped kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils, 2 bathrooms and laundry area with washing machine and tank.
The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and fan.
The second bedroom has two triliches beds, which accommodate six people, closet and fan. It has a bathroom with shower in the hallway.
It also has dependence of maid, composed by small room, with a bunk bed and a toilet next to it.
It is located on Leme beach, in continuation to Copacabana beach, Ipanema and Leblon.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and always quick to respond. Any time something came up, he handled it right away. The apartment is very well equipped (even an Xbox and an air fryer) and the location is excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. We also really appreciated having beach chairs and a sun umbrella provided.One thing to keep in mind: there’s air conditioning only in one room, so the other rooms rely on fans. Otherwise everything was great, and we’d happily recommend this place. Thank you for hosting!

Overall stay was good. Shower wasn’t clean so we scrubbed it before use and at the end of stay. The biggest problem was with security. The would see us at the gate and would be slow to open. They would be right by the monitors and wouldn’t open. We were sitting outside the gate and was told we could yet the homeless was allowed to sleep there

O apartamento é muito confortável. Estivemos hospedados com crianças e elas se sentiram em casa com as comodidades que o apartamento proporciona. Televisão com vários canais disponíveis, vídeo game, acesso Netflix. Cozinha bem equipada enfim, ficamos muito contentes com nossa estadia. O Sérgio é muito atencioso, preocupado e cuidadoso. A minha experiencia neste imóvel foi incrível. Super indico e com certeza alugarei novamente. Sergio filho da proprietária, nos deu todo o suporte necessário antes e no momento da estadia, super atencioso e foi bem fletível com nossas solicitações. O imóvel esta em excelente localização, perto de bares, restaurantes, padarias e supermercados, e principalmente da praia, o que facilita muito para quem vais em carro. No imóvel tem roupa de cama para todos, cadeiras, cooler, guarda sol para irmos a praia; a cozinha toda organizada com utensílios para quem quiser cozinhar no local Porteiros do prédio educados e prestativos também. Chegamos e o imóvel estava limpíssimo, todas as camas arrumadas, e o porteiro ciente na nossa chegada. Adoramos a nossa estadia de 4 dias e com certeza deixamos um até logo.

Passamos o reveillon no apartamento do Sérgio, que fica a poucos metros da praia de copacabana, o prédio é em frente a praia do Leme, possui um terraço animal com vista para o mar e uma localização perfeita! Perto de tudo de bom da cidade maravilhosa, Lapa, Copacabana, Ipanema, Arpoador, Urca, bondinho, etc. O apto tem saída para a Av. Atlântica (de frente para a praia) e para uma rua paralela que possui todo tipo de comércio: padarias, farmácias, supermercados, a rua é super bem movimentada e mega segura! Obrigada Sérgio, foi uma experiência inesquecível! Mais que recomendado!
