Room a bit worn, Great pressure in Shower. Aircon was controlled by knobs and was mounted high up on wall, so chair was required to set temp.1 block from Metro station, 2-3 blocks from beach.

Has all the issues mentioned by other reviews – very dated and poorly maintained, rubbish wifi, not particularly clean, noisy AC. But the rooms are of a good size, staff friendly, nice breakfast and a convenient location a couple of blocks from the beach. For the price it probably warrants more stars, but the kicker was they downgraded my booking from a suite to a cheaper standard room without telling me, so didn't have the features listed in the advert – balcony, extra space, etc. So I didn't even get what I paid for
