Aside from our upstairs neighbors children rolling the desk chair back and forth while we were trying to sleep, we were invaded by lady bugs in the room and I don’t mean just a few. The phones were down apparently all night according to the desk. We shared our concerns about the lady bugs, they actually came and looked at the room, and it was significant enough the said they were closing the room off when we checked out. My information was taken and I never heard from the manager that she stated would be in touch. There were clusters on the ceiling, in the corners, and dive bombing us all night. I hope I don’t experience that again. My kiddo is petrified of bugs.

Hate leaving so-so reviews, but the front desk staff was not particularly friendly — especially the guy who checked us in when we arrived around 7pm (grumpy, not saying hello or anything kind). The room was clean and well stocked, but we had an unpleasant surprise when we discovered the toilet was not fully anchored to the floor and could rock back and forth. Reported this to front desk staff during checkout and no one offered so much as an apology for the inconvenience — which I reported in a friendly manner. Would have given this location a 5-star review if the staff had been nicer.
