First room i had didnt even look like they cleaned and the room i exchanged it for was better but the tub was nasty and the floors where dirty. U could see hair all over the floor in the bathroom and in the main area.
The property was easy to find, very clean facility, the rooms were stocked with enough towels and supplies, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Location, large clean rooms easy parking. I like the staff.
Our room was quiet and clean. Aside from the broken ice machine, everything was really nice.
Clean hotel for a brief stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
There was animal hairs on the light brown fleece blanket. There was a hole the back of the door knob in the room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was a non-smoking room. This gave me bad sinus allergies.
Our room had one big comfy hotel bed and I believe a was a bed they probably got at a discount store. It was way smaller. I went to get in bed and my feet stuck to the wood style linoleum floor there was a huge dried up spill of some sort. I mopped it with a towel and wore my shoes if I had to get out of bed. My husband and I suffered bedbug bites. With explains no carpet, and a cheap bed replacement. The area was sketchy. I walked my dog and got catcalled by some guy on a bike.
Perfectly adequate and staff was nice and helpful.
This hotel room was very clean but had a terrible musty smell in the room. That is my only complaint. We were gone during the day but if we had to be there all day it would have been almost unbearable.
It was a acceptable room. My only issue was the check in time. They advertised check in at 1pm and it was really 3pm. I found this to be inconvenient.
I really liked no carpet in the room. The wood look floors felt cleaner than carpet. Liked the microwave and little fridge. If ever in the area again will stay here again.
The staff was excellent, very nice. Room was clean and quiet. Located close to the Chickamauga Battlefield.
We were greeted cheerfully by the desk clerk the breakfast room lady was always helpful and made us feel welcome, Even the maid (who was a man) wished us a good trip as we were leaving. They all seemed glad to have us at their hotel. Positively the beds were comfortable and clean, the bathroom and other parts of the room was clean as well. The negatives weren't big but included a musty smell after the AC ran while we were gone, carpet that had runs and furniture that needed upgraded (the seat padding were worn out) and the TV appeared to be an old CRT. All the other hotels we stayed at had large flat screens. But all in all, the room was comfortable, clean, and a good deal for the cost. A good staff can certainly overcome the little negative things and make them seem less negative. They certainly did here.
Good for family's. Low in cost but very clean and quite. Friendly people who run the motel. I've stayed more than one time because it's easy for visit with grandchildren.
With spring breakers abound, all hotels in the area were full. Being off the road 8-10 minutes it wasn't full and we know why. Old lumpy beds and sheets. Dingy bathroom with water stains in tub and toilet. Soap wrapper was even old and tattered. Thin walls echoed voices and doors opening and closing. One desk clerk was a doll; the other was not. Low expectations were met for this hotel.
We weren't expecting much from this hotel... just cleanliness, comfort and quiet and it was all that.
Wanted a weekend getaway with the grandchildren - loved that the hotel was close to the places we wanted to visit - Lake Winnie Amusement Park, the Zoo, the Aquarium, and Lookout Mountain. The staff was friendly, the two rooms I booked were clean and quiet. The breakfast included cereal, instant oatmeal, juice, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, frozen waffles, and apples. The only complaint I have is the driveway bottoms out going into the highway, no matter how slow you go. I would stay here again - the rates were very reasonable, it was a pleasant experience.
The room was clean and the staff were nice .... I recommend this hotel
