The bathroom door in my hotel room had fingerprints on it, my clean towel had a long, black hair in it, and the trash cans outside were completely overflowing. Cigarette butts were on the ground, and my key card didn't work for the doors in the back of the hotel. I was not impressed at all.

We stayed at a SpringHill Suites in a different part of Georgia previously and were very pleased and therefore booked this one in Chattanooga South/Ringgold thinking it would be the same setup and experience. We were wrong. Although the room looked the same, the amenities were lacking. In our room, there was no soap or shampoo provided by the sink; there was only one little bottle of conditioner. There were shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers in the shower, but they were all empty. Also, there was only one coffee cup by the coffee maker. The breakfast the next morning did not have as much variety as the other SpringHill Suites location we stayed; we assumed that the layout would be the same, but we were wrong. Also, we were told that we would get a discount for the room due to my husband's military veteran status; however, we did not get a discount. The only positive experience we had is the staff at the desk : although they were VERY short-handed, they did their best to provide good customer service.

Horrible visit. The worst part was cleanliness of the entire hotel. From the room, to the pool, to the breakfast area. The room was the worst, hair all over, counters and desks not wiped down, trash and paraphernalia from previous guests. The tv ad in the room says enhanced cleaning being done, that is a joke. Not even the basics of cleaning was done. There is no way extra cleaning is being done. Hand sanitizer stations empty. Maintenance not done, to the toilet seat in our bathroom broken. To the button on the lobby elevator broken and popped out of socket. Let the front desk know they acted like they could care less. Thanks for letting us know and have a nice day was the response.

Beautiful property the only drawback or disappointment was the breakfast. The most limited menu I have encountered NO yogurt, toast, biscuit, boiled eggs. They had muffins but no plain breads.

Great stay for families..there were alot of them there..pool was nice,but highly highly chlorinated. Room very nice and very spacious,we had 4 people. Only not so awsome part ,was the overwhelming smell in the room . Was a cross of disinfectant and bug spray...could have just been covid cleaning,but was pretty concentrated.not a bad complaint either chemical means they clean..was just a little strong..

Clean, friendly staff. The only thing we thought needed improvement was shower water pressure!

Fantastic, clean room and very friendly staff. We arrived around 8pm and were greeted warmly and given extra towels without hesitation.

Some staff were not wearing masks or were not wearing them properly. They didn’t have extra towels on a comforter available for my kids to use for the pull out. Everyone was pleasant and the room itself was great. The layout is better than others, roomier. The couch is actually a day bed with a trundle which is so much more comfortable than a fold-out sofa bed. Everything was clean and well maintained in the room.
