This hotel is very accessible to places you want to visit in Switzerland. Richard is very hospitable. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent. Quiet and easy to find. There are not a lot of restaurant close by but drivable if needed. The most beautiful thing that we experience is the VIEW of the mountains across the beautiful lake.

This hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet in sharp contrast with Interlakken itself. Every evening was like taking a beautiful deep breath after a day in the popular tourist areas. It’s a charming boutique hotel with a wonderful view of the lake. The property is located near the railway, so the mountain-view rooms can be a bit noisy during the day, but trains don’t run at night. The breakfast was excellent. Hotel Alpina is a charming, wonderful little boutique hotel with beautiful views and very convenient to bus and train routes. The hotel was quiet and clean! The bed was comfortable. Anne, our host, was very friendly and helpful to show us around and give suggestions. We loved everything, the quietness of the town. The breakfast was great. It would be a very good choice especially if you travel by car. The town is a bit away from interlaken and there aren’t many dining options in town. However, it still worked out for us by bus or train if you plan well with their schedules.
