Good overall. Bit pricey for what it was and the room was basic and pity it was only cleaned once in the 7 days. Our Sky TV didn’t work on arrival and took several days to be fixed. Breakfast was very good though and staff generally very helpful

Smart apartments on seafront location

Very friendly helpful staff at check in, comfortable spacious apartment with well equipped kitchenette. Receptionist kindly recommended an excellent traditional restaurant close by. Although we didn't stop for breakfast having an early start, the breakfast lounge and breakfast looked particularly good. Even though we were on the seafront it was quiet and tranquil.

Great facilities

The hotel/apartment was spotless & extremely clean with the most comfortable bed. Facilities of the room were brilliant and we were lucky enough to be overlooking the sea. An amazing view and very relaxing. The reception staff were extremely helpful with any enquires we had and parking underground was easy, a bit tight if you had a large car, but more than sufficient for our needs. Would recommend this hotel every time.

we were on a multi stop holiday around Italy. Rimini was our second stop within easy driving of San Marino and provided a couple of days on the beach. all beaches in Rimini are private so expect to pay extra.

The hotel was great! Everyone was very friendly and the room was very nice. My only complaint was that the washing machine didn't work very well, and having a washing machine was the main reason I booked this place. But everything else was great!

Rimini and Residence Terminus

I was in Rimini for 14 days vacation with my family.Residence Terminus is a clean hotel with a helpful staff. We got a room with sea view which was just perfect. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Wi-Fi was not good at all. Location is jus right on the beach and the hotel is about 5 km far from Rimini center and you take the bus/car in order to get there. Breakfast was a good In general I would say. The area is just fine.

Nice facilities but questionable secondary items

We stayed for three nights during the shoulder season (mid June). Building was new and still in very good condition. Location was right on the beach with the typical Italian set up. Buses to old Rimini were also within easy walking distance. Breakfast was a good deal because of its reasonable price. To the shortcomings: - wifi was an absolute joke, nobody could stay on for longer than 3-4 minutes because of the network going down constantly. Parking was also quite a mess because the individual spots were too small for upper middleclass sized cars, and hotel staff let people arbitrarily park there. Some guests insisted and blocked others, at other times cars that fit spots (in our view) were not allowed to park. Front desk staff seemed friendly but detached and not particularly interested in the well being of the guests. Housekeeping staff was excellent. We found the rate for the 1BR unit with a kitchenette reasonable but would try to find a different place if we were to come back to the area.

Nice hotel, right at the beach.

We stayed at Residence Terminus during off season time. We liked the room and the hotel a lot. Have in mind that this is far away from Rimini Center (around 5km) , but there is a bus stop near by available. There is plenty of good restaurants around so that was not a problem for us.

Great holiday

We had an excellent holiday in June and we have made a very good choice to stay at this hotel. It is on the beach, nice rooms and a small kitchen available, very useful when traveling with children. The two lady receptionists are very helpful and willing to help whenever necessary. Enjoy!
