ALBERGO NON CONSIGLIATO

Appena arrivato in hotel dopo aver effettuato il check-in ad accoglierci sdraiato sul divano della reception c'era una cane di stazza grande. Appena apriamo la porta della camera consegnata sembrava una tucurio, due persone non potevamo muoverci completamente, andiamo ad aprire la porta del bagno per visionare e vediamo che mancava completamente il box doccia e non esisteva nemmeno una tenda di protezione per l'acqua, il ciò significa che appena avremmo acceso la doccia l'acqua sarebbe arrivata all'ingresso della porta della camera, oltre che la doccietta montata era piena a zeppa di ruggine. Continuando con la visione della camera essendo allergico alla polvere ho controllato il sopra dell'armadio e il sotto dei letti ed trovavo il tutto pieno di polvere.Inoltre avevo prenotazione con camera vista mare invece la camera dava sul parcheggio interno del palazzo. Dopo aver visionato tutto ciò sia di pulizia che di camera abbiamo ripreso i bagagli e deciso di andare a cerca un'altra sistemazione. Inoltre appena abbiamo effettuato il check-out dopo breve tempo, la direzione non ha chiesto nemmeno il motivo. Lo sconsiglio a tutti.

L'eccezione alla regola dell'ospitalità romagnola

Camera disponibile 'dalle 12', fatto il check in alle 12,30 mi sento dire che 'dalle 12 può voler dire anche alle 14'. Iniziamo male, ma per fortuna la camera c'era. Primo piano, direttamente su una rotonda trafficatissima senza alcuna insonorizzazione. Tenda della finestra inamovibile, buio pesto in pieno giorno: terribile. Dobbiamo rimanere solo una notte per cui portiamo pazienza e andiamo al mare. Chiedo di poter prendere le bici- ho scelto l'hotel in funzione di questo servizio - ma la signora alla reception con fare scocciato mi risponde che non le hanno. Chiedo come mai sul sito ci sia scritto noleggio gratuito, mi sento rispondere seccamente che mi sono sbagliata. Infastidita più dall'atteggiamento che dal resto, verifico sul sito 'noleggio biciclette gratuito'. Chiedo spiegazioni e la signora - sempre più infastidita, mi risponde che sarà colpa della web agency (quindi???) ma che se voglio posso cambiare hotel. Peccato che la mia prenotazione non sia rimborsabile e lei lo sappia bene... Interviene in marito,altrettanto scortese, che mi dice che non capisce cosa pretenda per la tariffa pagata... Rimando di stucco. Quando poi aggiunge che se avessi prenotato direttamente con loro e non con Expedia avrebbe risolto il problema capisco che continuare il dialogo non è possibile e che purtroppo ho trovato l'unica eccezione alla regola dell'ospitalità romagnola!

Der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Die Lobby des Hotels sieht durchaus einladend aus und ist freundlich stilvoll eingerichtet. Die ersten Probleme kamen dann auf, als wir unser Zimmer betraten: Bett ohne Bettlaken, ohne Kissen, Tagesdecke zusammengeknüllt auf dem kleinen Tisch, keine Handtücher, kein Klopapier. Alles in allem sah das Zimmer aus, als ob es nach dem letzten Gast nicht gereinigt wurde. Außerdem war das Zimmer nur schwer zu öffen und ließ sich dann auch nur schwer wieder zusperren. Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurden wir in die Lobby verbannt, wo wir warteten bis das Zimmer schließlich sauber war. Probleme traten oft bei der Kommunikation mit dem Personal auf. Alle Angestellten sprachen weder Deutsch, noch Englisch (wenn, dann nur Brocken). Ledichlich eine Angestellte, welche aber nur selten vor Ort war, sprach Deutsch. Unter der Angabe "mehrsprachiges Personal" verstehen wir etwas anderes. Das Zimmer ist schlicht eingerichtet (Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl, TV) und unser Fazit ist, dass es zum schlafen und duschen durchaus voll und ganz ausreicht. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer zuverlässig vom Zimmerservice gereinigt und neue Handtücher gebracht. Wer Lärmempfindlich ist, sollte jedoch ein anderes Hotel wählen. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto muss man sich klar sein, dass man entweder für Parkplätze zahlt oder lange nach den wenigen kostenfreien suchen muss, da das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze hat.

HOTEL COMODISSIMO MA DAVVERO TROPPO TROPPO ANNI 70

Soggiorno brevissimo (un week end) con la famiglia; hotel davvero molto comodo (50 metri dal mare) ma esageratamente retrò; sembra sia rimasto tutto com'era 30 anni fa. Camera piccola con doccia in mezzo al bagno, terrazza minuscola (senza una sedia) ma buona colazione. Personale gentile. Adatto a chi si aspetta poco dall'hotel volendo fare solo vita di spiaggia. Non si capisce da cosa derivi la terza stella.

Hotel fronte mare, comodo per la spiaggia, pulizia delle camere buona, personale molto cortese e disponibile, nel ristorante adiacente si mangia bene, giusto rapporto qualità / prezzo.

vacanza a rimini

Ringraziamo tutto lo staff dell hotel in quanto gentili e premurosi, dalla mattina alla sera con il sorriso sulle labbra; ringraziamo anche lo staff del ristorante, mangiare buono e porzioni adeguate, una nota speciale va al ragazzo delle ordinazioni, alla cameriera sempre carina con i miei bimbi e al cameriere delle colazioni molto educato e tutte le mattine ci dava il buongiorno. Noi eravamo in 4 (2+2) con un cane di media grandezza x scelta abbiamo preso una tripla, xke il piccolo dormiva nel lettone, le camere nn sono molto grandi come del resto anche il bagno ma x l uso che sifa in vacanza sono più che sufficienti inoltre c era sempre l acqua calda , il personale tiene tutto in ordine e pulito, l hotel è vicinissimo alla spiaggia, per concludere che dire il soggiorno ę stato piu che positivo, ci siamo riposati, siamo stati bene, abbiamo mangiato bene al ristorante (faccio presente che noi avevamo il b&b) sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione per un altra occasione.
