Clean room Convenient

Room very clean, beautiful lake view. Did not interact with any staff booked and registered online and restaurant not open days we were there. Would love to go back in summer, lake looked very clean and majestic.

Beautiful and clean hotel. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Check in was a little slow, but seamless otherwise. The bedsheets were nice and the room and bathroom clean, however, we found the bed to be very firm. The mattress is on a platform, not a box spring. We kept waking up due to shoulder pain and hip pain from the firmness. If you are young, it probably won’t bother you! The breakfast was very good. We had them email us the receipt and it wasn’t till after we left we looked at it and were shocked that they tacked on a “self parking fee” of $5.55 on top of the Hotels.com agreed upon price. We were never told we would have to pay to use the hotel parking lot, which should be included in the hotel price.
