Okay stay, very clean and nice staff. But I don’t like the fact breakfast isn’t a hot breakfast. Continental break literally has no protein options here. Carbs only. I’m a diabetic and that doesn’t work for me. However there was yogurt, but not lite or low carb/sugar. I was expecting at least cold boiled eggs which would have been great but they didn’t even have that! Other than that I have no complaints. Nice pool and yes… HOT TUB! Just need a hot breakfast is all.

Worst room ever

Room was musty and the carpet was damp. We had to have a window open and the fan on all night so that we could sleep.No matter how much room spray and Lysol we used it didn't help. We would of left but there were no other rooms to move to. Worst room I have ever been in and no compensation other than the container of room spray from the front desk and an apology

The staff that was there was nice and helpful but the property itself was not in the best shape, the whole place smells like mildew, musty. The first room we were given the entire carpet was wet and the room was very humid. Second room was good/clean. The hair drier did not work and they couldn’t seem to find a replacement.

So comfortable!

The hotel was fantastic! Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

From the start the experience questionable. From the poor check in, to the problem getting housekeeping to come to the room, I was extremely disappointed with most everyone at the hotel. The only person who was working above and beyond was the young man working in the dining area for breakfast. He was very professional and maintained a great work station. He is the only reason that I am not writing an even stronger negative review.

No elevator ?

My husband and I were a bit dismayed to discover our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Had we known this we would have requested a first floor room. It was difficult for us to navigate with stairs, being older and lugging suitcases. Breakfast was very nice. The lady working there was working very hard to keep the food display well stocked.
