Enjoy this peaceful cottage with a park like setting on the Rifle River. Take in beautiful views of the river and wildlife.

We have several kayaks that guests can use to enjoy a relaxing trip down the river or one of the several lakes nearby.

There are two fire pits, a larger one by the river and one next to the house with firewood provided for your use.

The house is beautiful furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable queen beds and twin bunk bends with plenty of room for all to enjoy.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

We all loved our stay, such a beautiful home and amazing property right on the river. Our dog couldn't get enough of playing in the river and we enjoyed floating in tubes from Rifle River park on Greenwood right back to the house in about an hour. Such a great place to vacation!

What a beautiful, quiet getaway! Great place for young families. The river is shallow enough for even little kiddos to touch the bottom and the current is slow enough you don't have to worry about elementary ages playing and exploring all day.
