The rooms and gym/sauna area are really nice; however, the room cleanliness was lacking. The towels I received in my room were consistently dirty/had stains, the toilet had a strong odor coming from it, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers has all been previously used as evident by the wear and tear of the bottles. I don’t believe my sheets were ever washed or i was provided new ones. Surprising and disappointing, especially since this hotel is near the convention center and likely hosts many business professionals.
