I have just returned from 3 nights in Heidelberg. Stayed here and found the hotel reasonably well appointed if slightly eclectic in styling . Had dinner the first night in the hotel which was fine. Breakfast is buffet style and offers a really good wide selection catering for all tastes. The location is on the approach road to Heidelberg about 10 minutes from the town centre by taxi (cost c.€12-15) For the business district it's only 5 minutes away.

This hotel is full with contradictions. The location is well outside the city center in the backyard of a gas station. The service is very helpful. The decoration is completely off with old elements on new elements on something not quite clear and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired for. The breakfast buffet however is outstanding with a very good selection of salty and sweet.

I had a very nice large room, with queen size bed. The staff was very nice as well. The hotel was near the place I had an appointment the next day. I also like the fact that the car park was in a gated area.

In the evening we arrived and there was a hair ball over shower drain and someone's hair on floor of bathroom. I went to use one of the glasses turned upside down in bathroom and it had dried toothpaste in it. I took pictures and when I showed the staff they didn't do anything. They do have a nice fitness room. The rooms are very tiny though.

My friend and I went here for a weekend and we stayed for two nights. The service was very friendly throughout and the rooms were a normal size for a city hotel, beds are comfi and everything in general was good. It is a good city hotel but would not stay here for a longer stay. The one thing I personally found confusing is that on any map this hotel looks closer to the main station than it is, so be careful. We had a car, so it was not a problem, but for walking it is definitely too far.

The stay was generally good. I will stay there again do to the value and location. Be aware that housekeeping leaves at 2:00 PM. If you aren't out of the room you are out of luch that day. Breakfast is great. Other than, all was good

Leonardo Heidelberg is located in the city center. 5 minutes walk from railway station and 5 - 10 minutes to old town. Very convenience location. The hotel provide parking space in basement and have direct access to lobby. Problem to access the ticket machine when we drive in or out. The hotel is a typical European hotel with basic infrastructure. Nothing fancy. Rooms are normally small. Do not expect too much rather than b&b.

Hotel fine for a couple of nights in a business trip. Small rooms, clean hotel, quite hotel, depending on the location of the rooms. Ask for rooms not in front of the main road. Breakfast was good, international with some suite stuff.

Stayed here for 2 nights during a business trip. It was pleasant, clean, with friendly staff. No room service and wifi was adequate. Room was quite spacious. Location is not great, its not very central or near to anything. There was a gym but couldn't use it as there seemed to be a group of sports people that were staying and constantly using the gym. Breakfast was buffet, standard options and evening dinner was same, with some nice vegetables, and abundance of salads and soups. My only down point was that the men using the gym were entering directly into the restaurant area in their gym wear which was extremely off putting. So i decided not to go the second evening. I would recommend booking the shuttle service instead of a taxi to Frankfurt airport as it is over 100 euros cheaper.

Stayed for a night during road trip to Germany. Hotel is a tad dated and desperately needs a face-lift in terms of furnishings. Staff are a real highlight! I had an odd favour to add (print and scan a document) which they very kindly and promptly obliged. Thank you Herr Costa? Parking charge is rather silly and unexpected given the location is next to the motorway. I felt quite uncomfortable being asked to pay €8 (which was the lowest per night I paid for the entire road trip) as hotel is outside the main city.
