Nice, but could have been better with a little ……

The hotel was nice, clean rooms, not as much space as we are used to, but perfectly adequate. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Our only complaint was that even though the temp was moderate there were no fans to keep air moving and one half thin window opens for air, but it’s a trade off for the 24 hours of light if you leave the black out curtains open. We were certainly able to sleep so not a huge problem, but an option we would have liked. The only uncomfortable thing was the thin, hard pillows. Overall, nice accommodations. Thanks!

Great location for staying in downtown Reykjavik - plenty of street parking on the street and a supermarket right next door in case you need anything. Lobby staff are very friendly and the room is nice and spacious. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were very nice and clean. I loved the convenience and location. My only qualm was that the shower was a bit weird, in that the glass only covered half the opening, and water just spews out everywhere when you shower. It can't be good for the long-term wear of the floor or walls. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay, really enjoyed the view from the balcony.

We really enjoyed this hotel! The location is excellent (right in the middle of everything and walkable to most anything in Reykjavik). The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The bed is comfortable and the restaurant is reasonable and tasty. We would highly recommend this property!!

This property was in the center of downtown and so many excellent restaurants were close by. We went to the brass kitchen, the Baldi’s ice cream shop and we took a nice long walk over to the steakhouse. It is. Busy street. But not too noisy. The staff there at the front desk absolutely gave us the best recommendations for places to eat.
